The bedroom is nice and ample space, but the bathroom is very narrow and getting in and out of the door was tight; the sink is tiny and water splashed over the edge of tap was turned full. The coffee shop on the ground floor was nice but The elevator broke down for twenty four hours so we had to climb the stairs to the 6th floor a few times. However we would not stay again unless you give us a discount voucher for our next stay as compensation for the elevator breaking down?

I stayed in the penthouse for my honeymoon and it was absolutely amazing! The staff went above and beyond to make everything perfect for us. The penthouse was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need, and every detail was perfect. Truly worth it an unforgettable experience!
Perfect for a short stay in London. The room was small, but everything we needed was there, worked and was clean. The staff member we encountered was so pleasant and friendly and the location was great - very close to the tube station. We'd stay there again no problem - oh, and I forgot to mention the lovely coffee shop underneath it....
This place a a little gem in the heart of London. The room was well equipped clean and very pleasant. The secret personal code to get into building and rooms was explained well. The cleaners were lovely and helpful. I loved that I was able to contact the team via what's app 24 hour. I would definitely book again Thank you.
Libere Hotel London is in a fantastic location in the middle of Edgware Road, right next to Edgware Road Underground station and bus stops. It is within walking distance of Marble Arch and Oxford Street, which makes it very convenient for shopping and sightseeing. I booked a family room, which was excellent. It consisted of two spacious double rooms connected by an internal door, and each room had its own toilet. Both rooms were fully equipped with all necessary facilities, including an iron, hair dryer, safe, air conditioning, smart TV, and a coffee corner. The setup was perfect for a family and offered great comfort and privacy. Overall, it is very good value for money, especially for a family room. I also appreciated the safety and convenience of the hotel’s system. There is no physical reception, and check-in and check-out are done online, with building and room access codes sent by email, which worked smoothly. I did not try the food at the hotel as there are plenty of restaurants and cafes surrounding the area. One small drawback: there was a noticeable noise coming from the air-conditioning pipes during the night, which could be disturbing for light sleepers. I would encourage the Libere team to look into this. Despite this minor issue, I really liked the hotel and would happily stay again.
Our stay at the apartment was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The place was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as shown in the photos. The location was perfect, with easy access to shops, public transportation, and local attractions. Even though it was centrally located, the apartment was quiet and ideal for relaxing after a long day. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful, providing us with useful recommendations and making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. We would definitely choose to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and high-quality place to stay.
Great stay at this hotel. Location was perfect and the room clean. Given 4 stars overall as the bathroom was very small and not really suitable for longer than a 2 night stay. Had a small problem with the room door lock when I arrived but that was sorted within 5 minutes by the customer service team. Thank you! Overall would recommend for a great weekend break.
